Regional and local management is good. Senior leadership seem to be corporate drones. Training was OK no follow up after training.

This is a great entry level role into sales and sales leadership. That said, the culture is pretty toxic (straight up boys club) and the RVP's are dinosaurs and need to either move on, up, or out. Technology sucks too.
