This is a great entry level role into sales and sales leadership. That said, the culture is pretty toxic (straight up boys club) and the RVP's are dinosaurs and need to either move on, up, or out. Technology sucks too.

Pros -Decent base pay. -Operate on your own schedule. -The full-cycle sales aspect is good experience to have on your resume. This is a terrible company. It's selling an overpriced "product" that doesn't exist. It's disappointing to the clients as well as the craftworkers. They don't take recruiting seriously. The comp plan for AE's is not motivating for them to work hard. The KPI's don't match reality. AVOID this company.
