This is a terrible company. It's selling an overpriced "product" that doesn't exist. It's disappointing to the clients as well as the craftworkers. They don't take recruiting seriously. The comp plan for AE's is not motivating for them to work hard. The KPI's don't match reality. AVOID this company.

This is a great entry level role into sales and sales leadership. That said, the culture is pretty toxic (straight up boys club) and the RVP's are dinosaurs and need to either move on, up, or out. Technology sucks too.

Didn't pay me as agreed per pay plan. Constant run around and completely mismanaged.
