High turnover! 10 Account Executives were either fired or quit in only 2-3 months. Only 4 days of training. Sink or swim environment. Experience is probably better if placed on a team with a good manager

Current senior account executive with 8 years experience. Base is 43k with tiered commission structure. Base is too low in my opinion. With commission and base you can average $150k and up. Leadership is not good. Favoritism, politics, gossip, toxic work culture. Management team is mediocre.
