They don't take recruiting seriously. The comp plan for AE's is not motivating for them to work hard. The KPI's don't match reality. AVOID this company.

Former Employee2.1Dec 13, 2024This is a great entry level role into sales and sales leadership. That said, the culture is pretty toxic (straight up boys club) and the RVP's are dinosaurs and need to either move on, up, or out. Technology sucks too.
