My overall experience was great! It's all about the leadership that is assinged to you, if you have a leader/manager who knows the business and is motivated by your success, it's a win-win. With bad leadership/managers you'll just be spinning your wheels until they put you on a PIP.

Ramp up can take years to attain. Very relaxed culture, however, if you build up your personal book, it is hard to take time off without your business taking a hit.
