Political and nepotism heavily throughout the organization. No DE&I. Slow to adapt technology. Marketing has been non-existent. Favoritism related to politics. If you are independently wealthy or have a wealthy family with high level connections you might have a chance of success. Otherwise anything that comes from a referral partner is given to favorite. Silent hostile environment; you are ignored and not spoke to; will publicly humiliate you; not allowed to ask questions or be curious in order to learn. Drink their 1980’s koolaide or you will be on thin ice. No real measurement on quality very huge emphasis on gather private employer information on their employees which happens to be sensitive PII and still using paper filing folders. Therefore the client or prospective client data is not secure. Not sure how they have made it this far with success. Huge donations to Republican party. Silently impose a Christian agenda. Very tough environment for one who has been accustomed to modern forward thinking companies.
