A very strong product and optimal time in the market. Unfortunately, senior leadership decided to rip out several senior leaders and replace them with transplants from other companies that do not have an understanding of the product and solution. Complete revamp of the entire revenue leadership team and marketing organization so time will tell if the complete reorg will yield continued success or cause more turn over at the local rep level.

No inbound lead flow and unrealistic quota, if you understand the grind that is cybersecurity this org makes it even tougher.

The product and vertical is great and on the move. Internally there needs to be alot of work as far as leadership, onboarding and organization. Most of the employees are amazing and hard workers
