IFS is a fairly good company to work for. They pay well and benefits are good. At the top, the company seems a bit inflated with lots of management layers. Great company to work for, has the culture of a start up in a billion $ company. They treat and pay their employees well but there needs to be an improved focus on onboarding and professional development. Company is growing fast and its a great time to be here.
