IFS is a fairly good company to work for. They pay well and benefits are good. At the top, the company seems a bit inflated with lots of management layers. The result is very slow decision-making and some times conflicting processes. The investment in marketing is subpar compared to our competitors. Although we offer great Enterprise software, the brand is barely recognized in the US in spite of being here for almost 30 years. Company has a startup feeling. Not many playbooks, no systems and processes in place. The good side is that there is not much micromanagement. The down side is that if you don't have experience, the learning curve can be steep.

Not great overall, leadership wasn't great, toxic culture and the direction was more focused on "customer optimisation" otherwise known as compliance.

My overall experience is poor for an AE role. Toxic atmosphere and high turnover of sales people and managers in recent years created by a environment of fear coming down from the top.
