I was hyped when starting at IFS but the company has been going downhill ever since. I’ve been f***ed over a couple of times and the disorganization is horrendous. Can’t wait to get out.

IFS is a fairly good company to work for. They pay well and benefits are good. At the top, the company seems a bit inflated with lots of management layers. My overall experience is poor for an AE role. Toxic atmosphere and high turnover of sales people and managers in recent years created by a environment of fear coming down from the top.
