Job as decent and paid well for me because i was only 2 years out of college. Not a lot of leads are coming in for IBM cloud products. Training is pretty good but you have to go and seek help and learn on your own.

Negative: Leadership does not understand what is going on in 80% of the market. I have seen quota for companies that are bankrupt or out of business. Routinely asked to work on projects that does not retire quota or that give market share to competitors for programs without published or defined compensation. Cannot see past next quarter.
