I am new to the company and so will reserve detailed feedback. Obviously a serious brand in enterprise IT. Culture is questionable with a lot of layoffs, disengaged staff and a slow and beurocratic pace.

No guidance and support from management to integrate the digital team with existing team to reduce new departments confusion on role. There is no help and everyone too busy to help That being said, good training ground to learn to survive for yourself
