IBM is a great as long as you work for the right people and have a great account set/territory. There are many depts and levels of approvals that can become detractors within the org. IBM moves sales people around every year (different account/territory and products) which is challenging. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and have worked with some of the most brilliant people and coolest use cases.

My Overall experience has been terrible.. no mentorship, hard market fit, terrible pricing, and cheap labour. This place is a sweatshop.
