My experience thus far has been amazing. The people are great and leadership on the Red Hat team is firm, involved, and encouraging. The training and learning curve is pretty steep.

My overall experience was good, it did get more difficult for me as a woman the senior I got. Got exposed to more senior directors/execs who were not happy to help, backhanded racist comments, always ready to bring one’s morale down for the slightest mistake.
