My overall experience was good? Seems to me like our base pay was pretty competitive, but it was very difficult for our group at IBM to be successful. MVS is at the bottom of the priority list.

I was many years at IBM and my overall experience was lousy and often times toxic. Among 4 or so different roles over 12 years in sales, internal politics took precedent over customer sat almost every time.
