Former Employee3.9Feb 28, 2025My overall experience was medium. The package is very interesting but it's hard to reach the target. Moreover I was on a SMB sales role which mean I was supposed to work on company size between 1 and 25 Nevertheless the product is very strategic for companies.

However, at least half of the sales org are on PIPs because the threshold is way too high and people are churning not by choice. Very volatile environment, not a very good time to be here.
