If you don't live in Cambridge and hang out with your boss on the weekend you will not be promoted or successful here. Very sad what this place has become.

Current Employee3.9Oct 2, 2023Very disappointed and feel mislead from what I was told during the initial interview. After almost a year here, myself and numerous other reps who do not have a full quota yet, have missed. Only 30% of the fully ramped tenured reps hit at or above 100% to Q. What a shock. I believe the over hired tremendously and we are suffering.
