They have lost their soul a little bit. Treating SMB + MM like a call center vs sales professionals and PIPs are being handed out like candy. Too early to know for sure how successful a BDR can be given the product fit versus the current market fluctuations. Economic trends are already making it tough to sell so it’ll be interesting to see how HubSpot handles the shifts. Not to mention the rumor mill of a potential acquisition from Google.
