My overall experience was good. Training was great. The open sourcing for your territory meant a lot of the good accounts are owned by tenured reps. Mgmt was critical to your learning, coaching and success. Tbh this was poor in places due to promoting the wrong reps to mgmt

Overall experience has been great so far. Onboarding sets you up for success, can get to be a little much, but they want you to do well.
