The sweeping under the rug attempt you did for a few "top performers" stealing leads, 10's to 100's of thousands in MRR, and partner referrals from their colleagues and getting celebrated for it is not a good look. The rules were crystal clear. They broke them, and no one was punished. It's still talked about every day amongst all teams.
You can't ask us to move on if it wasn't appropriately addressed. This is not a fair and equitable system and people now feel they can't win because someone else is cheating their way through and getting high fives at the end of the month.
