HubSpot has a great product and has been a solid experience, but recently the leadership in SMB has been in absolute turmoil. Cheating runs rampant, and leadership not only allows it, but applauds it. Culture has changes for the worse. Lots of micro managing going on and focus on "vanity" metrics instead of results. Not what it use to be!
