No base increase but did give us more kickers if we hit our number so I guess it’s did increase a little. Quote went up over 10% again and our capacity went lower. Harder to be successful if you have not sold complex SaaS product beforehand. The steep learning curve pays off in later sales roles but can be tough at beginning.
