No context is factored into your PIP other than revenue. Prior to leaving 70 percent of the sales team were on or going onto a PIP with a large volume also requiring stress leave
If you do well at Hubspot it is a brilliant place to work if you are new with a capacity that may not contain great accounts you will likely struggle
The monthly quotas regardless of the team you are in are also ridiculous
