Hubspot in my opinion is the best product in the market having used multiple CRMs the ramp is brilliant but once your in funnel the pressure is on with the most intense PIP process in market! No context is factored into your PIP other than revenue. Prior to leaving 70 percent of the sales team were on or going onto a PIP with a large volume also requiring stress leave If you do well at Hubspot it is a brilliant place to work if you are new with a capacity that may not contain great accounts you will likely struggle The monthly quotas regardless of the team you are in are also ridiculous

For a company that is very innovative. The internal processes to be successful in this role are god awful. Nothing is scalable. Be prepared to do mass data entry, mass account sourcing with terrible filtering options. Picture looking for a needle in a stack of needles. Things went downhill recently. Top reps (order takers) are those who steal inbound (or get deals from partners) in the most efficient way and management does not care.
