I love HubSpot, but the organizational changes happening as of late have made the selling environment harder as they raise performance expectations.

Great products and company is very transparent on the metrics and why you are being promoted: MRR!. Very challenging and hard because there are a lot, a lot, of reps but eventually we have to admit that some are doing very good and getting promoted.
