Amazing product but zero direction from top, really sad to see the company take such a downward trend from a culture perspective. Operationally we still function like a tiny business. Very fake culture where everyone has a mask on but says different in private.

Overall experience has been great so far. Onboarding sets you up for success, can get to be a little much, but they want you to do well.
