Current Employee4.4Mar 13, 2025Be prepared to work a ton during ramp. Time management is the hardest skill to manage here. It’s feels impossible to complete all your tasks and then have brain power to expand your knowledge between the hours 9-5. I regularly work 8-6/7 and on weekends to keep up.
