Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Team is being asked to sell way more than is possible. Attainment percentages are dropping like a rock across the sales org. Was 60-70% hitting quota 3 years ago now it’s about 30%. Managers all came up during easy sales years with a quota under 4k MRR per month now it’s almost 7k there is a huge disconnect between their experience and the current situation. Plenty of great reps are leaving or getting PIPed out. My entire team has turned over in less than 2 years. Browse Other Reviews
