my overarching experience has been quite positive. The role has caused me to grow and develop boss still positioning me for success, managing what you would call your capacity internally is what separates the good from the great reps so your earning potential is somewhat impacted by quite a niche non-sales related skill.

The product is great but my manager was horrible! He clearly had no previous experience and was extremely micromanaging

Amazing company with incredible product. Comp plan wasn't the greatest. Small territories with limited accounts to sell to.
