my overarching experience has been quite positive. The role has caused me to grow and develop boss still positioning me for success, managing what you would call your capacity internally is what separates the good from the great reps so your earning potential is somewhat impacted by quite a niche non-sales related skill.

First year in 2022 was great, lots of transparency, culture was amazing. 2023 : layoffs happened, culture and workload took a toll. Sales reps are very pressured. Customer centricity was no longer a priority.
