First year in 2022 was great, lots of transparency, culture was amazing. 2023 : layoffs happened, culture and workload took a toll. Sales reps are very pressured. Customer centricity was no longer a priority.

HubSpot has a great product and has been a solid experience, but recently the leadership in SMB has been in absolute turmoil. Cheating runs rampant, and leadership not only allows it, but applauds it.
