Your success is highly dependent on your territory. There’s a lot of micromanagement, a lot of metric chasing, and a lot of change that continues to happen. Sr leadership making a lot of exits and tenured reps leaving.
The product is fantastic and it’s genuinely fun to sell when the opportunity arises. The quota attainment is a mixed bag and the data is heavily skewed given so many reps are ramping (almost 50% of active sellers are ramping in MM). Take caution when joining Browse Other Reviews
