Current Employee4.0Mar 27, 2024I love the product and the company has some great perks, but the sales org is run into the ground. We have very high targets on a monthly basis. Being in SMB the average deal sizes are small, so on average we have to close 12-15 deal a month to hit quota. These deals typically take 3-6 weeks so overall it's a very constant prospecting, discovery, demo, close process....Read More
