my experience with HubSpot may not be as strong as desired. Despite thorough preparation, I’ve received three rejections during my interviews. Additionally, I’ve noticed that candidates with strong networks often secure the most coveted roles, and I’ve learned that this position operates within a call center environment. Also you have a program that shows you when you are in a chat or a call you can’t even go to the bathroom is horrible

Based on waterfall reports when I left, it seemed that more than 50% of Mid Market was on PIP or close to it. Changes were being rapidly implemented without seeing the impact of those changes and how they would impact average deal size and cycle length (examples: changing clawback policy, changing pricing/seat model).
