Changes were being rapidly implemented without seeing the impact of those changes and how they would impact average deal size and cycle length (examples: changing clawback policy, changing pricing/seat model). Purely anecdotal but reps were starting to be let go due to pipe coverage and generation vs. quota attainment (PIP is based on your trailing 9). Browse Other Reviews
