I was an ISC (inbound success coach). It's the role before you become a BDR and you handle inbound chats and calls (mainly chats). It's a combination of tech support for free users, gatekeeper and prequalifying prospects and booking meetings. There is no commission - only base salary.

HubSpot positions itself as a great place to work with amazing attainment. None of this is true.
