I was an ISC (inbound success coach). It's the role before you become a BDR and you handle inbound chats and calls (mainly chats). It's a combination of tech support for free users, gatekeeper and prequalifying prospects and booking meetings. There is no commission - only base salary.

Was told that I’d need to be prepared to source 20% of my deals - reality is I need to source 90%+. Inbounds are basically nonexistent. Nobody is coming close to hitting.

I worked here in 2020 as a BDR, territories were very small and very hard to hit target. Overall there was good incentive schemes for those who performed
