I would recommend checking out the Q&A section here for more in-depth reviews on culture. From October to January, the highest percent of reps attaining monthly full quota was 27% in Small Business, and that was in December. All reps are on a 12-month ramp, so it skews all of the quota attainment numbers you’ll hear from your recruiter. Rep attrition was over 55% last year. Great job for 12 months and while you ramp, just know after that your chances of getting PIPed out are 55/45 based on 2024’s retention metrics.
