How much has the HubSpot logo actually helped in your post HubSpot Job search?

Context: Started in January this year. Did pretty well through my ramp but as we all know, have basically no shot to last on a fully ramped quota. Curious what a year+ at HubSpot does for the resume

Hubspot isn’t respected. The tech is seen as juvenile, there is no extended team selling, its churn and burn high velocity, clients are small.

Sadly I had the same thought that 1y at HS would do wonders for my resume. But honestly Hubspot was seen as a “blip” to most companies I interviewed at. Not all saw it as negative but 100% not seen as a positive.

Leaving any company being less than a year due to poor sales performance will hurt you. Hubspot is also growing 20%+ y/y so the only people that might agree with you are the 6 reps that post in here consistently. I would work on your sales skills and become a performer prior to leaving.

Wouldn't agree you can't last on full ramp. Lots of great opportunity here customer sentiment is great and always improving. Lots of successful reps fully ramped and growing.

If you were there for the hyper growth years it’s great experience especially if going to a start up / scale up.

For newer employees it’s the same as a google / salesforce etc on your resume, important thing is you’re performing. Leaving any sales role after 1 yr probably doesn’t look great

HubSpot carries a lot of weight and our presence is only growing wider. New processes have been introduced for ramp which is already seen a big benefit. When there are issues, HubSpot are quick to change
