The marketing department also lacks in performance. I’ve received 1 inbound lead that lead to a real opportunity in 3 years. You can make money here, but you have to treat it like your own business because you’ll be working in a silo. There are good people here and good resources, but you have to bring them to the table, as they will not be proactive in your business.
