The company has been all over the map from a leadership perspective and it has had a negative impact on maintaining strategic direction and customer engagement. The marketing department also lacks in performance. I’ve received 1 inbound lead that lead to a real opportunity in 3 years. You can make money here, but you have to treat it like your own business because you’ll be working in a silo. There are good people here and good resources, but you have to bring them to the table, as they will not be proactive in your business.

My overall experience has been underwhelming. They ask a lot of individual contributors and don’t invest properly in people - both from a professional development standpoint and resource standpoint. They are severely under staffed and ask too much of existing team members.
