The leadership is out of touch. Constantly outsourcing the entire company to India. CEO is a blowhard who has been trying to take this company public for a decade but can't because he fails to realize that outsourcing sales, marketing, and CSM to India just to save money will never work. But will rent out NFL stadiums for the annual conference to give the appearance of a thriving company. Culture is shit and leadership has no relationship with anyone other than CEO. Raises do not exist and there is 0 growth within the company. Avoid at all cost. i read the reviews and sill took the job.....big mistake!

Base compensation is high for BDR. Internal processes are complicated, Salesforce data here is very messy and not reliable which affects your ability to reach out to key contacts in accounts.
