My overall experience was great in terms of compensation however as a growing company, pay structure was consistently changed which made it challenging to remain consistent in hitting quota. Training was very limited.

Horrible company. Weak executive Managment, no real care for the employees. For a startup, compensation package is horrible. Horrible support team that is all completely offshore. Crazy travel mandates as well. Not much good to say.

HighRadius was a good place to craft some fundamental sales skills and good habits. Software reputation and market fit is strong. Culture and leadership is extremely poor and unyielding - it is their way or the highway. Despite the best sellers in the org leaving and providing feedback, nothing seems to be changing.
