I've enjoyed my time at Hibu very much. Great leadership, great training, and the uncapped commission structure is highly rewarding to our top performers. If you have grit, and are willing to put in the work not only to get out there and grind, but also to focus on your own professional development (improving your product knowledge and learning more about high level sales techniques), you will earn really well. Culturally, this isn't a cutthroat type of place either. The top reps in the company regularly offer advice in public forums, and make themselves available to those just starting out for advice and tips on how to succeed.

Huge issues with the deliverables by support teams; not possible to make more than $100k in my territory which is a smaller, Midwest area. Competition is low amongst SMB meaning their need to spend is not as necessary as in a larger city

Overall, Hibu is a good company. The base salary could be much higher but the opportunity for commission is very high if you consistently sell.
