Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee “Territory” is only select target accounts. All inbound leads even in your “territory” go to inside sales unless you’ve actively been working the account. No marketing support, (which is odd for a MARKETING company) 60 cold calls a day required, 100% self generated sale. Base pay is very very low not at all industry standard. Only 2 weeks of PTO ( also not industry standard) variable commission structure determines how much you get paid based on how you performed the month BEFORE. It’s a marketing product, but the websites (arguably the most important part of the solution we sell) look like absolute garbage, to the point where I am embarrassed to show them to clients for how much we charge.
