The leadership often mismanaged contracts and feedback, which created a tense workplace atmosphere. Despite these issues, the talent and growth within my team were clear positives. However, the company's disregard for local customs and the problematic non-renewal of my contract highlighted the need for substantial improvements in cultural understanding and management practices to truly harness the potential of its workforce.
