This company used to be a great place to work. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. It's a total disaster now, with leadership no longer caring about culture, upward mobility, or anything in between. You have been warned.

Good: - Excellent products & Excellent users community - Competitive Salary - No micro-management Bad: - Open-Source version is way too powerful. Selling the Enterprise version is really challenging.

Stay away from the Corporate org. They will tell you there are opportunities to move up, but not a single person has ever been promoted out, and everyone who has tried has been blocked by the VP. Q4 quotas are crazy high and you have to pop up deals to a senior seller, leaving you with little to close.
