GTM wants to be enterprise but the sales process doesn’t reflect as much. Heavy on activity metrics, shamed on weekly calls if you don’t hit your meetings number. Late to market, mess of a GTM, unrealistic expectations and long sale cycles. Leadership is a mess and constant gaslighting. Hope things change for the better or they’ll have to continue buying companies to gain revenue and marketshare.
