great tech, but selling to very opinionated teams and numerous stakeholders to get onboard. Land then expand motion with challenges in customer success org that sales needs to jump in and cover, tech usually strong enough to over come this and drive transformational value. Tech doesn't loose to competition in head to head tech eval/performance. Can get lots of attention from Senior leadership @ clients - but this type of tooling tends to be a 2-5 year decision, so if prospect has recently chosen an alternative option, hard to crack in (despite tech being best in class)

The company will do well. Just qualify your direct line manager before you take the role. If your not comfortable with cold calling its not the place for you

Harness is a very complex place to sell, & sales is well supported at the company. However, there are still massive inequalities in patch/region and advancement opportunities have slowed. Inbound lead flow is near 0 for most people. so you have to self source outbound everything if you dont get a good patch/install. SDR org is in turmoil as well
