Land then expand motion with challenges in customer success org that sales needs to jump in and cover, tech usually strong enough to over come this and drive transformational value. Tech doesn't loose to competition in head to head tech eval/performance. Can get lots of attention from Senior leadership @ clients - but this type of tooling tends to be a 2-5 year decision, so if prospect has recently chosen an alternative option, hard to crack in (despite tech being best in class) Browse Other ReviewsFormer Employee The GTM Leadership team was the worst I'd ever seen in my career.
