Middle management in this place is horrendous. They have promoted people based on race/sex/tenure instead of talent or ability and its costing the organization dearly. As a shareholder it's deeply concerning.

The company has a decent product but I believe tried to grow too fast. The value to the market was overestimated and pricing didn’t align. I was part of a multitude of layoffs which eventually led to the removal of the whole enterprise team. Worked with some awesome people but leadership created a toxic environment which led to people leaving or being pushed out.
