Current Employee3.1Jun 20, 2024Overall experience is good. Great place to start your sales career but because Gusto only sells to small/mid sized businesses there is no enterprise department so not much room for growth as a seller once you because a top performer. Top preforming AEs either go into management or leave after 2-3 years of top performance.

Current Employee4.1Aug 22, 2024My overall experience has been positive, I would recommend Gusto as a great place to work based on the people you get to work with!

Current Employee3.3Feb 20, 2025Great office with benefits and perks. Unfortunately this company is extremely nepotistic and cares more about DEI hires than promoting their top performers. The reason for this is so their numbers look good for the shareholders by having overqualified reps so stuck in positions.
