Current Employee The interview period was a Weird experience.
No contact with the recruiter other than scheduling a call with their Director and manager.
No insight into pay, culture, benefits until contract. Almost seems like they were avoiding it until the end
This is a big grind. Their management let me know that their biggest competitor is themselves because they operate a free model.
They also mentioned there is not much forward looking to their future as an org.
Avoid until they get their structure and procedures in order. Current Employee I highly recommend Grafana to other reps looking for a new role!
