The GTM org is a bit disjointed at times, and performance will impact environment massively. There's pockets of awesome but also a decent amount of chaos, which is expected in an org that has grown massively in a short amount of time. The switch from small startup to a larger org that focuses on scale is showing some growing pains.

My overall experience was good and once employee count went over 1K it became increasingly harder and nearly impossible to get promoted.
